If you want to close your account (where applicable) with us, please send us a request to info@massageclub.ca and we will process your request within a reasonable period of time and process your personal information in accordance with applicable law.

We protect your information by using technical and administrative security measures (such as firewalls, data encryption, and physical and administrative access controls to the data and servers) that limit the risk of loss, abuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. We retain personal information no longer than is legally permissible and delete personal information when it is no longer necessary for the purposes as described above.

Abuse and unsolicited commercial communications ("spam")

We do not tolerate abuse of our Website. You do not have permission to add other Massage Club users or service providers to your mailing list (e-mail or postal) for commercial purposes, even if a user has received something from you, unless the user has given his/her explicit consent. Account Deletion Process

If you wish to have your account removed and all associated data erased, follow these simple steps…

Initiate Request

1) Contact our client care team via email at "info@massageclub.ca."

2) In the email subject, write "Account Deletion Request."

3) In the body, state "Request for account deletion" and provide your Full Name and Email associated with the account for verification purposes.

Verification and Confirmation

Wait for our email reply, which will confirm the initiation of the account removal process.

Our team will verify your request and aim to complete the removal within 1-3 business days.

Account Removal

Once verified, your account and associated details will be permanently removed from our system.

Login access will be revoked, ensuring the security of your information.

Rejoining Massage Club

If you decide to join again, you can sign up again on our website or the App's "Register" page.
